The first 10 words, the ones that completely changed my life.
It seems really cheesy to say, but it's true.
I posted a video on TikTok. All I did was throw some videos together, put a quick voice over and audio to it. I didnt even preview it before I posted and went back to work. Yet while I was working, thousands then millions of people started to fall in love with my life in remote Alaska.
If you would have told me one year later that I would be walking home and hear people yelling my name, saying they were looking for me because they had watched my videos before coming and wanted to take pictu
res... or that someone would come to while working in the kitchen and say "Hey Miss TikTok Star!"...or even being stopped while shopping in Anchorage because I popped up on someones fyp...amongst other things ...I would never have believed you.
Yet here we are, this is real life.
From documenting our families subsistence fish camp, tagging along on tours with The Farm Lodge, picking up groceries off airplanes with a sled, sharing family stories...I am so excited to keep sharing my life and story with you all.
My dream for this website is to share more stories, family recipes, adventures with The Farm Lodge, and just life out here in the middle of no where Alaska.
